Business Diagnostics

A business diagnostic is a thorough analysis of all aspects of a business to identify and prioritise opportunities for improving profit performance.   Detailed assessment and analysis of the sales and marketing, financial, human resources management, production, and other operations of a business.  Business diagnostics usually incorporate an assessment of the external market, competition and customer feedback.  The final report includes an action plan that has been developed in conjunction with management.  Business diagnostics are mini business plans.

Feasibility Studies

Feasibility studies start with an assessment of the market and its risk on which projections for income are based.  Estimates of the costs of establishing and staffing the business are prepared including designs of buildings and production equipment to provide an estimate of cost of goods sold, margins and overheads.  Detailed financial models are then developed to determine the project’s financial viability.
