Absolutely anyone can do this training. We work to your needs, not the other way around. Whether it’s the public sector, private business, large organisations, carers of children in out of home care, parents going through family court, university students or an individual interested in developing these skills, we can help you!

You will learn skills to manage trauma in any setting, and affecting a variety of groups or individuals, including organisations. CBE will show you how to effectively communicate to deescalate a situation, we will show you how to understand trauma so you can manage it more effectively, and we will give you skills to keep yourself mentally safe.

Trauma-Informed practice is four things:

1. Knowing what happens to someone/yourself/organisations when they experience trauma.

2. Being able to recognise the behaviours.

3. Knowing what to do to manage the situation safely for everyone.

4. Being Emotionally intelligent for your wellbeing.

We are an accredited Professional Development (PD) provider. We provide training to people and organisations regarding how to use trauma-informed practices to help them manage complex and difficult situations and people in safe ways and build productivity and wellbeing.

We offer bespoke courses delivered in-person, through webinars, or online. We provide HR support and clinical supervision services.

We are an Australian Family Business founded by a Psychologist. The services and programs we offer are developed by an AHPRA registered health professional. We tailor the programs to suit your needs. We can work with you to develop bespoke content relevant to your organisation, people, and needs.

By building skills in trauma-informed practices, you can gain skills for dealing with the most complex and difficult situations and people. We can help streamline skills that can support productivity and staff turnover caused by vicarious trauma and burnout.

Accredited professional development certification is given upon completion of any course for up to 10 hours/points. This can be used towards PD requirements

CBE can provide training or support to anyone in your team. You decide where the focus is. Trauma-Informed practice taps into daily tasks, from HR management to frontline customer service. We can devise a program that speaks to each level of your organisation based on your needs.
